He said "I want to stress that the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for the new era has weathered all kinds of tests and stands rock solid.". He further commented on the purpose of China-Russia cooperation "the purpose of China-Russia cooperation has never been to defeat anyone, but to promote the development of both countries and deliver win-win results to all parties.".
