The Kremlin hits back.

Today (Wednesday 26 Nisan 5782) Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said "This is not blackmail. Russia has been and remains a reliable supplier, committed to its obligations. The conditions that were outlined in the presidential decree, the need for them was caused by unprecedented hostile steps against us". This comes as European Union Commission President Ursula von der Leyen accused Russia of blackmail after Russia cut the gas supply to Poland and Bulgaria for refusing to pay for gas in Russian rubles.
